SOHOtech Brings 24x7 Technical Support Services to Customers in Hong Kong and Mainland China

SOHOtech, a Hong Kong based IT services provider, partners with LiveRepair.com to deliver high-quality remote support services. The new 24x7 technical support services are integrated with its Web and phone infrastructure and complement the existing service portfolio.

SOHOtech (www.sohotech.com.hk) brings 24x7 remote technical support to computer users in Hong Kong and China. The service is now available to individual computer users and local businesses and is provided as an English language service. It will be widely promoted in the region where English is used extensively in all business activities and where an ever-increasing number of computer users expect the Western style of customer service.

In response to increasing demand for quality computer support, SOHOtech has been looking for a long-term, reliable partner who would provide affordable technical assistance. The extent of service customization that LiveRepair.com offers can vary significantly depending on specific integration needs and requirements of its partners. The customization that has been done for SOHOtech includes a full integration of the logon and password recovery functions into the SOHOtech Web site, as well as with SOHOtech online training courses.

Moreover, the integration of the SOHOtech office iPBX with LiveRepair.com's Voice-over-IP (VoIP) system allowed SOHOtech customers to conveniently dial a local Hong Kong phone number to get instant support over the phone, while support experts who provide the support service are located overseas.
